Acceptance
By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or contacting the firm through it.
No attorney–client relationship by inquiry
Sending an inquiry, email, or WhatsApp message to the firm does not, by itself, create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship arises only once we have completed our conflict check, agreed a scope, and signed an engagement letter with you.
Until then, please do not send us confidential or privileged information you would not wish a non-client to see.
Informational content
Everything on this site — articles, guides, practice-area summaries, FAQ answers — is general information, not legal advice. Pakistani law (and the law of other jurisdictions mentioned) evolves; facts vary from case to case; and general material cannot account for the specifics of your matter.
Do not act, or refrain from acting, on anything you read here without first taking advice on your particular situation.
Consultations and fees
Initial 20-minute discovery calls are offered complimentarily to prospective clients. Fuller consultations, opinion work, drafting, and litigation are charged at rates set out in our engagement letter — typically on an hourly, fixed-fee, or capped basis, as agreed in writing.
Estimates are indicative and may be revised if the scope changes.
Your obligations
When you engage us, you agree to:
- Provide full and truthful information relevant to your matter.
- Share supporting documents promptly when requested.
- Respond within a reasonable time to communications from us.
- Comply with applicable laws and not use the firm in furtherance of any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links
This site may link to third-party resources (courts, statutes, news). We do not endorse their content and are not responsible for it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from reliance on information made available through this website outside of a signed engagement.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability which cannot be limited under Pakistani law or the professional conduct rules of the Pakistan Bar Council.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore.
