By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or contacting the firm through it.

Sending an inquiry, email, or WhatsApp message to the firm does not, by itself, create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship arises only once we have completed our conflict check, agreed a scope, and signed an engagement letter with you.

Until then, please do not send us confidential or privileged information you would not wish a non-client to see.

Initial 20-minute discovery calls are offered complimentarily to prospective clients. Fuller consultations, opinion work, drafting, and litigation are charged at rates set out in our engagement letter — typically on an hourly, fixed-fee, or capped basis, as agreed in writing.

Estimates are indicative and may be revised if the scope changes.

When you engage us, you agree to:

• Provide full and truthful information relevant to your matter.
• Share supporting documents promptly when requested.
• Respond within a reasonable time to communications from us.
• Comply with applicable laws and not use the firm in furtherance of any unlawful purpose.
